Honeycomb at The Tennyson
An operating platform tuned for the building you're about to take over.
Honeycomb already runs the digital infrastructure at The Tennyson — user management, parking, amenity reservations, surface-lot monitoring, communications, and the data underneath all of it. This is what's live today, what's coming, and where the platform is headed.
What we operate.
User management
We maintain the building's full user roster — tenant employees, vendors, and visitors — with permissions and access rights kept current as people come and go.
Parking program
We manage the parking operation at The Tennyson. Parking is currently free for tenants; every entry and exit is captured, ready to monetize whenever ownership decides.
Surface-lot monitoring
We monitor the surface lots for tenant usage patterns — who's using them, when, and how often. The data shows up whether or not the parking itself is paid.
Amenity reservations
Conference rooms, fitness, shared spaces, and bookable amenities are managed through the same platform tenants use for access and parking. Currently free; priced bookings are a configuration change away.
Tenant communications
We manage the building's tenant and stakeholder email lists and send announcements, building updates, event invitations, and emergency notifications on ownership's behalf — one channel, one system, no third-party email tool to maintain.
Real-time data & reporting
Every entry, exit, booking, and notification is captured live and surfaced in operator-grade reports. Sample Tennyson parking report: view the live dashboard ↗
What's coming.
- New tenant app + management portal. A complete refresh of both the tenant-facing app and the operator portal — better experience for users, sharper controls for the operations team.
- Enhanced reporting. More dimensions, more granularity, and better answers to "what's actually happening in my building." Ownership dashboards for the questions asset managers actually ask.
- In-app notifications and SMS. Two new communication channels alongside the existing email pipeline — for time-sensitive updates that need to land in the moment, plus richer segmentation by tenant company and read tracking.
- Building services marketplace. A curated marketplace where tenants discover and book services from the building's vendor ecosystem — and a path for ownership to participate in that flow.
