A control layer on top of Brivo, Verkada, Software House, and most major access systems — or ours if you don't have one. Unlock doors, elevator floors, and gates via push-button or proximity (BT beaconing). Tenants self-manage their own users; no more lost key fobs.

Amenities
Community engine

Conference rooms, shuttle seats, training sessions, building events. Tenants reserve and RSVP from the same app they use for access and parking. At the Centrum and Cue, the amenity flywheel became the #1 talking point in tenant exit interviews.

Communications
Always-on channel

Building news feed in the app, plus email and SMS broadcast. Originally built to keep Centrum tenants informed during a $25M construction; now the channel owners use for announcements, events, emergencies, and programming.

Payments
Stripe-powered

Collect payments for almost anything — rent validations, visitor parking, conference room reservations, event tickets, amenity fees, memberships. Real-time or timed-batch reconciliation. Integrated to Stripe.

15-minute resolution

Real-time analytics on parking, access, and payments. When do users arrive? How dense is the building by tenant, by floor, by hour? Which amenities are popular, which are dead? Owners finally see the asset as a system — not a lease roll. Custom reporting is rolling out now.
